Shipping Policy
While we strive to complete our orders as quickly as possible please note that processing times will vary as custom orders are handmade. All items are shipped from Quebec Canada. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
International orders: We currently only ship to Canada & the United States. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs & import fees that may apply.
Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel an order, please contact us at naty@natyandnice.com as quickly as possible as cancellations will not be accepted once your order is in process.
Return & Refund Policy
No returns or refunds will be accepted for personalized or custom orders. If you have any issues with your order use the “Contact Us” option. It is our goal to deliver the best possible product to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the product we will do our best to correct the matter.
Returns and refunds for non-personalized and non-customized orders are accepted within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all related return shipping costs. Items must be returned in its original condition.
No orders will be accepted for return or refund without written authorization.
